Refund Policy

At Surlune, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to offer a clear and fair refund policy while respecting the time and preparation involved in our offerings.

 

 

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Full Refund:

    Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations:

    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

  • No-Shows:

    If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not cancelled in advance, no refund will be issued.

How to Cancel

 

To cancel your booking and request a refund, please email us at info@surlune.com with your:

 

  • Full name

  • Booking date and time

  • Payment reference (if available)

​

We aim to process refunds within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.

 

 

Rescheduling

 

If you wish to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
