Lunar Sound Baths

Held each new and full moon, these gatherings use the rhythm of the lunar cycle as a framework for honest self-inquiry, pairing guided astrological reflection and journalling with an immersive sound bath. Each moon arrives in a different astrological sign, carrying its own themes and quality of energy, and the journalling helps you ask questions of yourself related to it. At the new moon the focus turns inward, toward what you are ready to begin and what you want to call into the month ahead. At the full moon the light shifts outward, illuminating what has moved, what has grown and what you are ready to release. The sound bath closes each gathering, using gong, singing bowls, voice and percussion to move the body into deep rest and allow everything that has surfaced to settle.
