Full Moon Women's Circle
Gather Around the Fire
Cacao, Connection, Celebration
Join us for a women’s circle held each full moon, a gathering to mark what the month has held, celebrate what has moved and honestly acknowledge what has not yet shifted. The full moon is a natural moment of illumination, and this circle uses that energy as an invitation to see clearly rather than perform positivity.

Each gathering includes:
• Ceremonial cacao, shared as an opening ritual to soften the edges and open the heart
• A guided reflection on the intentions set at the new moon and what has grown from them
• A sound healing journey using voice, singing bowls and flute
• Journalling time to honour progress and sit honestly with what remains unfinished
• A sharing space where both the wins and the harder truths are equally welcome

The full moon has a way of bringing things to the surface. Rather than burying that, this circle works with it. What you celebrate here is real. What you name as unfinished is not failure but honesty, and honesty is where the next cycle begins.

No experience of ceremony, sound healing or journalling is needed. Bring a notebook if you have one.

You are welcome whether you attended the new moon circle or are arriving mid-cycle. The only requirement is a willingness to show up with your own truth.
